SNWPS - Shiro Neko Wallpaper Series

According to Blogger this is my 100th post on this blog. It’s not the 100th wallpaper post however but I’m just going to ignore that.

Noriko Aota is in this post because she is the woman that inspired me to spread the beauty of Japanese gravure idols with the world by making….er….desktop wallpaper. To find out a little more about Noriko click here. Res for these wallpapers is: 1280x1024, 1600x1200, 1680x1050.

Thanks to DruDragon, it has come to my attention that for some reason I am unable to host images larger than 1600 pixels wide on Blogger. For some reason when an image larger than 1600 pixels wide is posted through the Blogger editor, Blogger scales the image back to 1600 pixels wide, meaning that a 1680x1050 wallpaper becomes a 1600x1000 wallpaper.

I have no idea if this is a recent problem or not, because i have never gone back and checked the images that I posted to make sure they were the correct size or not.

As a result I have now started posting the 1680x1050 wallpapers to ImageShack. However, this is hopefully a tempry solution, as once an image is hosted externally you never know how long it will stay up.

So if anyone knows how to host images lager than 1600 pixels wide on blogger, please leave a comment.

Personally, I am not really a Yuko fan, but I know that she has had, for some time now, being a very popular idol, so I thought that it was about time to add her the SNWPS stable.

Right now, it seems that whenever you watch some of the main Japanese TV variety shows, you will see this lady featured more often than not. She only recently started doing gravure work, and this wallpaper comes from her first shoot for Image.tv. Res for these wallpapers: 1280x1024, 1600x1200, 1680x1050.

The 'lying on the floor in skimpy bikini/lingerie shot' is a staple of any gravure shoot, and it's no surprise that Sayaka looks super sexy in this pose. Res for these wallpapers: 1280x1024, 1600x1200, 1680x1050.

Now here is a post featuring a extremely popular but controversial celebrity. During a live tv program in 2005, Yuu admitted that when she was 11 years old, she was part of gang, who over the course of six months, stole a great deal of stock from a store (Read the full story HERE). After that story came out, Yuu went to ground for about 6 months, but then came straight back into the spotlight as a cool, young, stylish and sophisticated tarento (Japanese variety TV star). This wallpaper comes from an image.tv set she did in 2007 and this is only one of many great shots from that set.

A great shot of Yoko for this wallpaper, really showing why she is one of the biggest names in the gravure world. For such a huge star, I cant believe this is thew second solo wallpaper that I have made of her. Res for these wallpapers: 1280x1024, 1600x1200, 1680x1050.

In the world of gravure modeling, it is not unusual to see a model not wearing anything that covers her breasts, but using something (usually arms or hands) to cover them. One thing you rarely see however is a model not wearing any clothes at all, so this pic of Megumi is quite special. Res for these wallpapers: 1280x1024, 1600x1200, 1680x1050.
